New Patients

Our office does not accept any insurance plans.

This includes Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance companies.

We do supply an invoice at the end of each appointment.  This invoice has all relevant information for patients who wish to file for out-of-network benefits.  However, Medicare eligible patients cannot bill Medicare OR their supplemental insurance companies.  Medicare requires patients who wish to see Dr. Little to sign an affidavit of understanding to that effect.

Our office is completely fee for service and only accepts cash, check, or money order (no credit/debit cards).

Payments are due in full at the time of each appointment.

To cancel or reschedule any appointment, our office requires at least one full business day (Monday - Thursday) to make schedule changes.  As 75 minutes will be reserved for the first appointment and the number of new patient appointments is limited, first appointments missed without required notice will not be rescheduled.

The 1st appointment:

◦ 75 Minute Diagnostic Session

Following appointments:

◦ 45 min. Therapy with Evaluation & Medication
◦ 30 min. Medication and Brief Therapeutic interventions

Phone Contact with Dr. Little:

◦ All contacts exceeding 5 minutes will be billed according to time expended.

Letters, Forms and Reports

Paperwork beyond regular patient records are billed according to time expended.  It is recommended that any brief forms or letter requests be requested and completed in regularly scheduled appointments.
